Giles launched CRRE Property Advice in 2023 after 11 years at Cooper Rose Real Estate, which he jointly established in 2012. He specialises in providing advice on the acquisition and sale of retail, lesiure and alternative investments in the UK.
Giles has a background as one of the most active High Street retail investment agents in the UK and has in recent years specialised in the acquisition and sale of car showroom and roadside investments.
Giles was previously a Director in The Retail Capital Markets team at Jones Lang LaSalle in London, where he was head of High Street Retail Investment.
Prior to this he was a Director in the Retail Investment team at market leaders Churston Heard in London, the pre-eminent retail agency firm of the time, before their takeover by Jones Lang LaSalle in 2008.
Giles has advised a large proportion of the major UK institutions over the past 28 years on acquisitions and sales of high street retail, shopping centre and alternative investments ranging from £250,000 to £100,000,000 across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Giles grew up in Sheffield, Yorkshire and studied Land Management at Reading University, graduating in 1997.
Giles is also Chairman of Oxshott Royals FC, a youth football club with over 300 members.
